The Main Mountains

This is the main, general area of the mountains.

Volt plodded around she kept quiet as she snuck around not wanting to see another wolf. She then spotted a mountain goat and crept down stalking towards. As she closed in she pounced and took it down. It threw its head at her, but she dodged. Volt grabbed its neck and flung it around. Finally she snapped its neck and dug into its stomach. She took the best parts like the heart and liver then dug into the rest.

Aleron had just left the den area he had claimed on his own to start wandering again. He was hungry, as usual of this time of day, and he lifted his head to let out a loud, long howl. After listening to it echo from the mountains he smiled to himself, his tail perking up for a split second before he was serious again. He padded around, over rocks and winding through trees. He was sniffing for prey, but he was surprised when he actually smelt another wolf (Volt). His ears immediately perking, though not showing any signs of being exactly happy, he slowly started stalking towards the scent.

Volt woke up after a while of sleeping due to a unfamiliar scent wafting through the pine. She got up and started walking away from the scent, but curiousity found her. Volt doubled back and tried to find the wolf. If this wolf would cause trouble she would attack first. Masking her scent in a pond she continued to track the wolf. Then she found the wolf and pounced. Pushing the wolf in the dirt she growled and said. "Who are you and what do you want from here this is my territory." Volt growled at the stranger.

When pounced on, Aleron simply growled but didn't bother with trying to fight the fae. But he did bare his pearly fangs in a threat, his ears peeled back. "Back off, fae." He warned verbally as well, obviously expecting the she-wolf to get off of him.

Volt growled showing her fangs as well. Getting off the male she circled him prepared to fight. "What are you doing in these parts?" She questioned him stopping in front of him. The water from the pond where she masked her scent was finally drying, but slowly still since it was cold in the mountains. Volt stopped growled and relaxed still she kept focused ready to fight.

"I've been in these parts longer, fae." Aleron growled, standing up the moment he was able to, watching the she-wolf's every movement, his fur bristled and hackles raised, ready to fight just as much as she was.

Volt growled and said. "your not in a pack are you?" She questioned the male if he was in a pack it would be best to get as far away as possible. No matter what happened. Though maybe a pack would be nice to join have other wolves watch your back and stuff.

"No, I'm not." Aleron immediately retorted, his ears twitching twice at different sounds as he quickly asked, "And you're not in a pack?" Usually it wasn't good to mess with a wolf in a pack. Because if you messed with just one wolf, you'd have the fury of the pack.

Volt shook her head no. "Im not, but one day I might. Packs mean better chances of surviving." She looked around and saw the goat she caught earlier. "If your hungry I caught a mountain goat you can have some." She pointed towards the carcass. If this wolf was going to live here as well she would have to friend him for better chances of survival.

Glaring at this wolf for a few moments longer, Aleron slowly crept off towards the kill, but kept his eyes on the fae. "What's your name?" He questioned, figuring he might as well know if he were to stay. Even if it were a slight time longer.

Volt shook her pelt and said. "I am Volt. You?" She watched him carefully and looked around. "Do you know of any packs here?" Volt sat down and looked around.

"Aleron." He answered, taking not but a single bite of meat from the goat before he was apparently done, licking at his chomps with his tongue over his muzzle and nose, before huffing lightly at himself through his nose. "If there were packs around here, I'd know about it."

Benja padded through forest, making his way up the mountain. He froze as the smell of wolves appeared in his nose. Benja raised his head to the air, trying to get a better scent. Another whiff came along and he knew where they were now. Just north of him. He picked up pace to fast jog until he could see two wolves. He sat behind a flower bush and watched. He couldn't just go out there not knowing anything. He had just come to this new land, he didn't even have a den yet. The sweet smell of the pink flower masked his scent. He decided he would leave before they saw him. He padded through the tree line, hoping they wouldn't see him. Benja kept his eyes on them, incase they attacked, he would be ready.

Volt nodded and said. "Aleron intresting. Though I am surprised to hear there are no packs here." She cleaned her muzzle in a stream then returned. Sniffing the air she smelled another wolf. "I smell another approaching wolf I'm out of here one wolf means more coming." Volt leaped up the mountain towards the top where her home was. She scent marked it all over to make sure wolves would stay out then she went to her den where she had put her pelts of her hunts. "Darn I forgot the goat pelt." Volt seethed, but ignored it she would grab it later. Instead she laid on her winter caribou pelt and fell asleep.

Volt watched from her home in the mountains as another wolf approached Aleron. She traveled back down and went up to the wolf cautiously. "Hello there I'm Volt you? Are you part of a pack are you traveling alone." She questioned him thoroughly to make sure he was slone and not with a group of wolves.

Stoneheart, a beautiful golden hazel wolf, padded her way down the endless mountains. It was painful for her paws. Then a rogue wolf leapt out and slammed her to the ground. "Ha! I see your….umm… traveling? Looks like a bad day for you. I like oozing blood on my paws!" The vicious wolf whispered seductively in her ear.

Volt saw a wolf role playing by itself. Had this wolf gone cag mag? (crazy) She walked up to the weird wolf thinking it had rabies. "Excuse me but why are you role playing here?" Volt cocked her head ready to run if the wolf was rabid.
